Draft Agreement for a Fund

Donors may choose to establish one or more funds with the Foundation. Often donors find these funds to be an attractive alternative to creating their own private foundations. We have provided standard fund agreements (linked below) for each type of fund. There are choices to make about endowed versus non-endowed, whether you want to direct grants to specific fields of interest and more. The Foundation can provide you as much counsel and assistance as you need to choose the kind of fund and also to help you formulate your grant recommendations.
