South Fork Community Fund
Funding for effective educational, social and recreational programs, and services for children, youth and families to help build community in the South Fork Valley area. The fund was established in 2000 to benefit the area of Whatcom County which lies between Mt. Baker Highway on the north, the Whatcom/Skagit County line on the south, the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest on the east and Stewart and Anderson Mountains on the west, including all of the Highway 9 and Mosquito Lake Road corridors. It may also be used for activities which take place in the Mt. Baker High School complex or other areas when those activities benefit youth and families in the South Fork area. Creative projects are encouraged.
