Openings Available for Monthly Executive Director Roundtables

The Community Foundation supports 2 monthly roundtables for non-profit Executive Directors in Whatcom County, who meet together to: 
  – Learn and share best practices 
  – Support each other in handling challenges around fund development, board relations, and managing staff and volunteers 
  – Enhance their leadership skills 
One of the groups is professionally facilitated by Janet Ott (, a local executive coach, and the other is facilitated by Laura Todd, who is also a certified coach –  All group participation is 100% confidential. 
Timing: There will be limited spots opening up in the groups in October.  Both groups meet monthly using Zoom.
Cost: Thanks to financial support from the Whatcom Community Foundation, the cost to participate is only $150 for the year.  Don’t let the cost deter you from applying, as scholarships are available.  

Requirements: You must be a paid Executive Director who manages at least 1 staff person to be considered for this group.
